During Vail Resorts Development Company's renovation of the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort & Spa, three new residential penthouses were constructed. The hotel renovation, together with these residences, marked the beginning of Vail's New Dawn, a multi-million dollar renewal in Vail, Colorado.
