Timber Trail is a collection of 18 ski-in/ski-out homesites located on Breckenridge Mountain's Peak 8. All homesites are nestled in the evergreen trees, some with views of the Ten Mile Range and Peaks 7 and 8 on the north side. The south side may enjoy views of Baldy Mountain. All 18 homesites quickly sold upon their release.
