Introduced in 2006, The Breckenridge Peaks encapsulates the development vision for the base areas of Peaks 7 & 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort.  The master plan includes ski-in/ski-out residential, lodging and retail opportunities, all of which will connect to the town of Breckenridge with the new seasonal BreckConnect gondola.

The Breckenridge Peaks is being carefully designed to enhance the guest experience at the mountain while complementing the existing charm and ambiance of historic Breckenridge, Colorado.  One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort has studio to four-bedroom ski-in/ski-out residences at the base of Peak 8. Reservations for these luxury residences are now being taken.

Construction of Crystal Peak Lodge at Peak 7, began in 2007 with completion estimated for winter 2008/2009.  These 46 ski-in/ski-out residences are sold out.  The master development of both Peaks 7 & 8 is scheduled to complete in 2012.
