Arrowhead Village is home to Country Club of the Rockies, a private golf club designed by Jack Nicklaus, and an intimate ski experience on Arrowhead Mountain. Arrowhead Village offers a wide range of year-round activities such as Village-to-Village skiing, biking, hiking, spa therapy and golf. Since stepping into the role of master developer with the acquisition of Arrowhead in the late 1980's, Vail Resorts Development Company (VRDC) has facilitated in the development of many townhome and condominium products through the sale of land assets to various developers.  In addition, VRDC created Arrowhead Alpine Club, a popular membership club at the base of the ski mountain.
